We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. During this time, we are having higher than usual call volumes. For that reason, the easiest way to communicate non-urgent requests to us is through our Mobile App and Online Store.
For any prescription or food refills, you can place your orders through our Online Store by clicking here.
You can also login to our Mobile App for refill prescriptions, schedule non-urgent appointments, appointment reminders, and more!
To download our Mobile App, please follow the steps below on your mobile device:
- Download the mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store by clicking one of the icons below (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).
- After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone click the "sign up" button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password and click the blue sign up button.
- You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
